University of Findlay - 4:00 p.m.

President Long called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. Those in attendance were Mr. Hanna, Mr. Axe and Mr. Snodgrass. Mr. Richards arrived 10 minutes and Mr. Palmer arrived 20 minutes late. Also present were Mr. Morrison, Mr. Krauss and Mr. Brueggemeier.

The minutes of the December 15^th and January 5^th meetings were approved 4-0 on a motion by Axe/Snodgrass. The financial report was delayed until the January 18^th meeting.

Due to the Tuesday, March 2 Primary Elections, the following sites are not available. In Division I, Toledo Libbey and Toledo Waite and in Division IV Bryan and Lima Bath. These games will be played on Monday, March 1^st. The Division II boys’ sectional basketball tournament will be moved from Lima Senior (due to construction and parking problems) to Lima Central Catholic. This game will also be played on Monday, March 1^st.

Prior to meeting with winter tournament managers it was moved by Hanna/Axe and unanimously approved to increase the tournament managers’ mileage to 75 cents effective with this meeting. Mr. Axe and Mr. Snodgrass met with basketball managers, Mr. Long with swimming, Mr. Palmer and Mr. Richards with wrestling and Mr. Hanna with gymnastics.

Tentative sites, as recommended by the coordinators in boys tennis and boys and girls track were presented. Coordinators in softball and baseball will have their recommendations available for the January 18^th meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:15 p.m. The next meeting will be held at the Perrysburg French Quarters, January 18^th at 10:00 a.m.
